Rental Policy

Carts must not be driven off Anna Maria Island.
Obey all traffic laws of the road.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Store the cart in a safe area, and always take the key with you.
No off-road or reckless driving
No driving on sidewalks
No driving under the influence of drugs or alchol.
Always park the cart in proper parking spaces. (Guests are responsible for any tickets and fines).
Please do not store items or carry items on top of Golf Cart.
Before the use of the cart, please inspect it for any previous damages. All damages must be reported before use of the cart to avoid damages charges.

Nobody under the age of 21 should Drive the Golf Cart. (If anyone is caught driving the Golf Cart under 21, the Golf Cart will be collected immediately and there will be no refund issued).
Always return the cart fully fueled (Failure to do can lead to a $55 fee).
All Drivers must have a valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance.
No more than 4 people can ride in a 4 person Golf Cart.
No more than 6 people can ride in a 6 person Golf Car

If you cancel before 30 Days prior to rental you receive a full refund minus a 3% Admin Fee
If you cancel 30-7 Days before rental you will receive 50% back of the total amount paid.
If you cancel less than 7 days to rental you will not receive a refund.
If you Modify a reservation less than 30 days before rental you will not receive a refund for the nights modified.
